It is profitable for the environment and thus for our planet. It is profitable for self-esteem to help those who are less well off. You can contribute in the following ways:

Buying a donation package A donation package includes four trees, 500 liters/130 gallons of clean water, and subsidies for school and microcredit activities. Two of these four trees belong to you and provide an expected return. Read more about the donation package »
