Mega Partnering 8

On November 7th till the 10th, Rino Solberg (CEO in Better Globe Group) and I attended JT Foxx's Mega Partnering 8 in Orlando, Florida. Mega Partnering is about networking and partnering opportunities, and also about branding.

JT Foxx claims this is the World’s #1 Wealth Networking Conference Mega Partnering, with over 800 high level A-players represented from more than 32 countries. Billionaires, celebrities and business tycoons were walking around; not that it was easy to get in any contact with those big shots. The level of excitement was like nothing I have ever seen.

Among the speakers, besides JT Foxx himself and Damien Elston, the CEO of JT Foxx Enterprises, we found names like:

JT Foxx J.T. Foxx, started investing with nothing more than a rusted out Ford pick-up truck, $974 dollars and 1 cheap suit. Now just 6 years later, he has acquired and sold over 500 properties, closed over $40 million in real estate deals. He then turned into a serial entrepreneur and started several multi-million dollar companies all over the world, became one the most sought after motivational speakers and recognized as one of the top business wealth coaches in the world all by mastering the Art of partnering, branding, networking, and marketing.
Damien Elston Damien Elston, was a top salesman until a few years ago when he tore his ACL during a ski accident. He was bed ridden, unable to work and stymied by a rapidly worsening market economy, he saw his life savings dwindle away. Damien said: “If I was going to survive, I need to think like an entrepreneur. I need to stop being transactional and tactical, and need to learn how to be more transformational and strategic. To become successful at anything, you have to think big and share your vision. It’s that type thinking which allowed me to go from being a salesman to a CEO of a big, successful company.”
Mark Norcross Mark Norcross, wants to make the world a better place. He is the former owner of Mark David Furniture, understands the hospitality industry from both sides: as an international traveler whose brief takes him from Beverly Hills to Beijing and as the supplier of high-end furniture with high-end finishes to some of the most luxurious hotels and resorts in the world. He uses his success, connections and business acumen to support a wide variety of humanitarian causes and institutions, locally and across America.
Nido Qubein Nido Qubein, has since 1974 given more than 5,000 presentations, received every award in professional speaking and is represented by the best speaker bureaus. He is considered both a motivational speaker and a business speaker with a range of topics covering everything from time management to branding. He has written more than a dozen books on leadership, sales, communication, reculturing organizations and achievement; recorded scores of audio-visual learning systems; and hundreds of client-customized products.
Jack Welch Jack Welch, is an American business executive, author and chemical engineer. He was chairman and CEO of General Electric between 1981 and 2001. During his tenure at GE, the company's value rose 4,000%. In 2006, Welch's net worth was estimated at $720 million. When he retired from GE he took a severance payment of $417 million, the largest such payment in history.
Hugh Hilton Hugh Hilton, JT Foxx's coach, has been involved in over 25 corporate restructuring and turnaround engagements, during which he provided financial advisory services and/or filled interim senior management roles, such as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and/or Chief Restructuring Officer at both public and private middle market companies.
Randi Zuckerberg Randi Zuckerberg, former Director of Market Development and Spokeswoman for Facebook, and sister of the company's co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg. She is now founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media and Editor-In-Chief of Dot Complicated, a digital lifestyle website.

We had a hectic week from early morning till late night. Rino and I went back with renewed motivation and energy after listening to the inspirational business leaders, and with that follows also new ideas which can thrive Better Globe's business into other dimensions.
